Introduced to the world of Revolution flying by Steve de Rooy in 2008 and mentored by other experienced pilots along the way, Willow grasped that feel of what it really means to ” Own your Hover” and went on to become one of the founding members of Team Island Quad in 2009… Her first outing with iQuad involved double-duty at the 2010 PacRim Festival in Vancouver BC where she performed on both teams throughout the weekend, especially notable since she learned the iQuad’s 6-person “Indiana Jones” routine just one day before the event.

Her gregarious spirit and huge heart is well known amongst the kite community. She excels at helping others wanting to learn how to enjoy this wonderful sport. Always there with a helping hand, Willow’s positive “go getter” attitude, drive and determination has garnered her a coveted position as an alternate on Team IQuad. Her ability to adapt quickly makes her an excellent choice for both teams.
